We offer a range of delivery options to suit all budgets and urgencies. These services are tracked and some services may require a signature on delivery. Parcels are sent via a range of couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and DHL.

Delivery timescales are a guide, cannot be guaranteed and are based on working days from date of despatch, not including weekends and public holidays, although deliveries may be attempted on weekend days. Some areas can take longer than quoted timescales. You can check this here for pre-1pm services and here for pre-9am services.  Please note, if you’re out when delivery is attempted, your parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. You will be advised via a card or email if this is the case. Shipping of some products such as aerosols may be restricted/prohibited by carriers. PLEASE CHECK PRODUCT PAGE BEFORE ORDERING.

Global Shipping Options

We offer a fast worldwide delivery with DHL Express. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 2:30pm UK time on a UK working day will be despatched the same day. 

*Should your order get flagged to us as a Remote Area, we will contact you to pay a surcharge. This surcharge is applied by the courier service and not by Hair Rehab London. The current Remote Area surcharge is £19.99. You can check if your address is classed as a Remote area here.

DHL do not deliver to P.O Box addresses as a signature on delivery is required for all parcels.
