RETURNS INFORMATION

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for refunds if the item meets our Terms & Conditions.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, some products are non-returnable. Check the product listing before initiating a return.
  • Hair extensions cannot be returned if the hygiene binding ties have been removed. Our packaging allows you to check the shade, length, and quality without untying them.
  • Professional-use products purchased by non-professionals are not eligible for return.
  • Trade customers should refer to our Trade T&Cs for return eligibility.

How to Return an Item

  • Returns must reach us within 14 days of receiving your order or notifying us of your intent to return.
  • Include your order number and email in your return package.
  • If exchanging an item, mark your return parcel ‘FAO EXCHANGES TEAM’ and indicate the exchange on your return paperwork.

Return Processing Time

  • Please allow 14 days from the date of receipt by us for your return to be processed.  You can check the date we received it using Royal Mail tracking.
  • We will contact you by email once your return has been processed.  It may then take an additional 2-3 working days for your payment provider to credit your account.
  • If you have any queries regarding your return, please contact us via the live chat function below in the first instance.  Please do not raise a 'return not received' chargeback inquiry with your payment provider within the 14 day processing period as this may delay your refund and may result in a £5 admin fee being deducted from your refund as a contribution to our costs of responding to the inquiry.
  • Please note, premium delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returning Orders with Free Gift Offers

  • If you return an item from a ‘Free Gift’ deal without returning the free gift, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
  • Free gifts alone cannot be refunded.

Returns Over £200

  • Arrange your own return postage with insurance coverage. Hair Rehab London is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

International Returns

  • Overseas customers must arrange and cover return postage costs.
