2. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Trade purchases are not covered by consumer protection legislation applicable to retail customers.

3. Creating a Trade Account

To access trade pricing and benefits, you must register for a verified trade account. This enables you to:

• Access exclusive discounts
• Save your order history, shipping, and billing info
• Receive trade-only updates and offers via our newsletter

Your account spend is reviewed regularly. We reserve the right to adjust your discount level or close your account if trading activity falls below our threshold or account terms are not met.

Salon Finder Listing: Eligible trade account holders may be listed in our salon finder. To opt in, please contact us via email. This service may be withdrawn if trade terms are not maintained.

4. Website & Online Marketplace Terms

Hair Rehab London Ltd trade products are intended for use in professional environments. Selling our products via online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Etsy) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Pricing Policy

Trade pricing is available to approved account holders only. All prices are subject to VAT. Prices may change without notice.

6. Placing Orders & Payment

Orders must be placed through your trade account on our website.
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways. Orders are processed upon successful payment clearance.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock. International trade orders have a 2:00pm cut-off.

We operate during UK business hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00am–4:00pm. Orders and enquiries made outside these times will be processed on a best-effort basis.

The office and warehouse are closed on UK public holidays.

8. Product Inspection & Returns

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Returns due to colour, style or quality are only accepted if:

• The product is unopened, in original condition
• The return is registered via our Returns page

Our packaging allows inspection without breaking seals. Always check colour and suitability before removing seals.

9. Colour Matching & Colour Rings

We strive for colour accuracy, but monitor settings and human hair variation may cause slight differences.

• Contact our team for personalised colour matching
• Order a new colour ring annually for best results
• Slight tone variations between batches may occur due to the organic nature of human hair

10. Faulty Goods

If a product is genuinely faulty, please notify us immediately with supporting images and details. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection. Liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund, at our discretion. Please email enquiries@hairrehablondon.com to report a fault.

11. Professional Use Disclaimer

All trade products are for professional use only. Hair Rehab London Ltd accepts no responsibility for:

• Incorrect application or aftercare
• Damage caused by colouring, perming, cutting, or improper use
• Products used outside the recommended guidelines

Application must be carried out by a qualified hair extension specialist.

12. Maintenance & Aftercare

To maintain product quality, we recommend using only Hair Rehab London Haircare Products. 

Use of third-party products may affect the lifespan and condition of the extensions, and may void any support from Hair Rehab London Ltd.

Our six-month quality guarantee only applies if all aftercare policy conditions have been met — including the use of recommended Hair Rehab London Aftercare Packs. Proof of purchase may be required to validate a guarantee claim.

13. Alterations to Service

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw services, pricing, discounts, or terms at any time. By holding a trade account, you agree to check these Terms regularly for updates.
