  • We've teamed up with Hair Extensions Academy to deliver our academy events.  Hair Extensions Academy is a VTCT, BABTAC and ABT accredited centre.  Hair Rehab London and Hair Extensions Academy share a passion to raise the bar for hair extensions services and education.  

    Your Educator, Nicola Barlow IQA, SRH, BA (Hons), has 24 years’ experience in hair extensions and is well known in the industry as one of the UKs top technical experts in her field. Nicola is a qualified hairdresser, teacher, assessor and IQA. Nicola has been fitting extensions for 24 years and in 2012 created the first VTCT centre exclusively delivering official industry recognised Accredited & NVQ qualifications in hair extensions. Nicola delivers training with Hair Rehab London as a technical expert and regularly features in magazines such as Hairdressers Journal and Hair Magazine.  When she is not training the next generation of hairdressers or working behind the scenes, Nicola can be booked by appointment at her commercial salon in Northamptonshire. 

    Also in attendance on the day will be your personal Hair Rehab London Account Manager.  Get to know your Account Manager and how they can support you in establishing or growing your business.

    Wherever possible, Lauren Pope, CEO of Hair Rehab London, will attend for a meet and greet with all delegates and a Q&A session after the main event so you can draw on Lauren's experience of launching and growing a business and using Social Media to raise your profile online.

    1. By booking a place on the Hair Rehab Hair Academy you enter into a contract by which you:
      1. Confirm that you are willing to participate fully in the course.
      2. Agree to pay the relevant fees (including deposits and balances on the agreed dates).
    2. We reserve the right to refuse clients for any reason.
    3. Academies normally run with a suitable minimum of participants. Should a course be cancelled because of shortage of participants you will be offered a place on an alternative course or a full refund of Academy fees paid.
    APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS
    1. Payment of the requisite fee (as detailed below) is an offer by you to enter into a binding contract with us, which we are free to accept or decline at our absolute discretion.
    2. We intend to rely upon these Terms and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the Contract between you and us. While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our duly authorised agents, please make sure you ask for any variations from these Terms to be confirmed in writing.
    3. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time. You will be subject to our Terms (including policies and procedures) in force at the time that you enrol on a Hair Rehab Academy with us.
    4. If you do not provide us with the requisite information, or you provide us with incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information or instructions, we may make an additional administration charge of a reasonable sum to cover any extra work that is required or choose to cancel this contract.
    APPLICATION, ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT
    1. Booking implies a commitment to pay the published fees, subject to your eligibility for the course booked.
    2. Deposits, where payable are non-refundable and must be paid within 5 days of the invoice being issued.
    3. If your course requires you to have a particular qualification, you must confirm that you hold that qualification when enrolling.
    4. The balance of course fees (i.e. the total fee(s) less any deposit previously paid) is due no later than 30 days before the Hair Rehab Academy day you are booked onto or immediately if the Hair Rehab Academy day you are booked starts less than 30 days after booking.
    5. All course bookings are subject to availability.
    6. Clients are liable for any bank charges incurred in payment of fees.
    7. We reserve the right to change payment of the enrolment fees without notice. This will not affect those who have already booked on the course at an agreed rate.
    8. Hair Rehab London Ltd. has appointed Hair Extensions Academy Ltd. to deliver the Hair Rehab London Academy Events.  By booking this event, you agree for your details, including Name, Email Address and Telephone Number to be passed to Hair Extensions Academy Ltd. to be processed for purposes related to your attendance at the Hair Rehab London Academy.
    LATE PAYMENTS
    1. Where payments are made by agreed instalments and those instalments have not been paid on the due date, no refund of any course fees paid by you will be made. We also reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 8% above the base rate from time to time of HSBC Bank (or other UK clearing bank) as may be notified to you accruing on a daily basis until payment is made. If you are a business, we additionally reserve the right to claim interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

    CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

    Cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations within 7 days of booking

    1. If you are a consumer and make a booking via our website or by telephone, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000) (Distance Selling Regulations). Your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date when a booking is made which is when the Contract between us is formed. You have a period of 7 (seven) working days in which you may cancel the booking, starting from the day after the day when the booking is made and receive a refund. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
    2. If your Hair Rehab Academy day is due to start within 7 (seven) working days of when a booking is made, your legal right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations will not apply.
    3. Refunds will not be payable after a course has been started.
    CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY US
    1. If circumstances arise that are beyond our control, it may be necessary from time to time to change/cancel Hair Rehab Academy dates, content, venues and prices from those published. Whilst we will make every effort to transfer your booking to the next available course at your preferred venue, it should be noted that we will not be held liable for any costs/losses incurred as a result of any such changes.
    2. We reserve the right to remove from any Hair Rehab Academy, students that fail to comply with its standard practices and procedures. We reserve the right to refuse bookings and/or suggest alternative arrangements if we believe that it will not be in our best interests of other participants and/or the individual concerned to be enrolled on one of our Hair Rehab Academies.

    Our standard shipping method in the UK is Free Standard (a tracked & signed for service) via Royal Mail.  When Free Standard is just not quick enough for you, we offer a range of other delivery options through Royal Mail at an additional cost. These services are tracked and require a signature on delivery.

    Overseas customers have the option of Royal Mail Tracked International or DHL Express.   Please note DHL do not deliver to P.O Box addresses as a signature on delivery is required for all parcels.  Any customs or import duties are chargeable once the parcel reaches it’s destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

    We are happy to refund your purchase within two weeks of receipt if the colour is not suitable providing the product is returned in 'as new' condition.  We do not accept exchanges.  

    Please note:  If you are returning items purchased using a multi-buy offer, e.g. buy-one-get-one-free, you may not be refunded the full value of the returned item(s) if you do not return both the paid-for item and the free item.  See our terms and conditions for more information.

    Items must be returned in their original packaging, still attached to the product backing card and with any packing and retaining hygiene seals intact where appropriate.  Most products come in a see-through pack and have press-poppers at each end of the pack or an un-sealed outer box making it easy to check quality and colour suitability without needing to remove the hygiene seals or the product from the backing card where appropriate.  We reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have been able to verify that the product is unused.

    Please note: We recommend sending by Royal Mail Signed For service or Special Delivery for your own protection if in United Kingdom or whatever signed For / Tracked service your local Postal / Shipping Organisation offers if outside UK.  It is the customer's responsibility to pay return postage.

    REFUNDS

    Your refund will be processed as soon as we have checked your returned item.  We usually turnaround refunds in four working days from receipt of your return.  It may then take a further 5 working days for your card provider to credit your account.  If you have selected Pay After Delivery, and your payment becomes due before your return has been processed, you may wish to make payment and then await refund, in order to avoid any possible late payment charges.

    HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH LENGTH CLIP-IN EXTENSIONS TO WEAR?

    This is all down to personal preference, most people tend to go for the 20 inches to allow for the long length when wearing them wavy or curly.

    HOW DO I PICK THE CORRECT COLOUR?

    Feel free to use our ‘Personal Colour Match‘ service, attach an image and Lauren herself will reply to you with her colour suggestion. Or you may find our Colour Match Wizard useful.

    Try and remember that you may not be able to get an exact match but the closest shade can still give a very natural result and blend in nicely.

    HOW LONG WILL THE 100% HUMAN HAIR PRODUCTS LAST?

    Our 100% Human Hair range can last anything from a few months up to a year or possibly longer depending on how often you wear them and how you care for them when in and out of your hair. 

    Our Hair Hangers prolong the life of your Clip-Ins by keeping them neat and covered up when not in use.

    WHAT IS THE GRADE OF YOUR HAIR?

    Human Hair Products are measured in grades from Grade A to Grade AAAAA. The higher the grade the higher the longevity of the products. All of our Human Hair Clip-Ins, Luxe Half Wig and Luxe Wrap Ponytail are Grade AAAA.  The hair goes through a vigorous quality control process and as such, is suitable for extended wear.

    Our Salon Professional products are Grade AAAAA.  This is the highest quality hair available and has features similar to Virgin hair. It can offer soft, sleek hair for 9-12 months when cared for correctly.

    HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

     

    Our prime working and shipping days are Monday to Friday based on UK Time (excluding UK Public Holidays).

    We usually ship orders on the same day they are placed up until 4:00pm and 2:00pm for International Customers. Orders placed after that time will be shipped on the next working day. It is important to note this if considering adding a Premium Service such as Next Day Delivery.

    Only Next Day Guaranteed options are guaranteed by the next day, i.e. orders shipped on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, etc. Orders shipped on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the following Monday but may be delivered on Saturday. Please note 1-2 Days estimated and 1-2 Days estimated are ‘Best Endeavours’ services only.

    Next Day (Saturday) can be requested and shipped on any day for delivery on the next Saturday. Please ensure your order is placed before 4:00pm on Friday.

    We use Royal Mail and DHL as our primary carriers and are restricted to their working days for shipping purposes.

    International deliveries can be subject to delays at customs on entering your country.  Unfortunately this is something beyond our control.  We are aware of current delays on Royal Mail shipments to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Spain.  Customers shipping to these locations may wish to use DHL instead.

    Order can be tracked via Royal Mail or DHL using the relevant tracking number.

    DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES?

     

    Unfortunately we don’t currently offer exchanges.

    We are happy to offer you a refund...BUT your return MUST meet these conditions:

    1. Do not remove products from any plastic kimble tags, gold elastic or foil hygiene ties or Security Sealed Stickers – you have purchased a hygiene product, so you cannot put them into your own hair.  If it’s on your barnet for even one second, it's been worn.
    2. The product must be returned to us in the condition it was sent to you – if it’s stuffed back into the outer packaging, or you've ripped the outer packaging off like a frenzied five year old on Christmas morning, we will presume you are just returning it to us out of love, not for a refund.  If you have removed any of the above tags or stickers, you return will be rejected.
    3. We receive your return within 14 days of the date on your despatch note - If we receive it over 14 days but less than a month, then we’ll be real nice and give you a store credit to the equivalent value of your order (less shipping).  Yes, I know according to Consumer Credit Regulations we don’t need to, but we appreciate sometimes these things get overlooked.  But any longer than a month and sorry, you’re too late.

    Have we sent you an incorrect or faulty item? Well that’s all very embarrassing!  Email us at enquiries@hairrehablondon.com within 14 days of the date on your despatch note and we will get one of our customer service team to look into this for you.

    We suggest you send your return via a tracked service.  You can download the returns label here: https://www.hairrehablondon.com/returns-form/  You are responsible for return postage and to ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage or loss in transit.
